Dean Hopkinson (Managing Director and Owner)
Founder of the business in 2000 with a background in mechanical engineering, quality, plastic injection moulding and recruitment, Dean enforces organisation and housekeeping to those he works with but apparently is still a great boss to work for.
Kieran Gibbons (Operations Manager)
Kieran has been a member of the Reactive Solutions Ltd team since 2003, joining as a Production Operator. Progressing to Warehouse Manager in 2009 he is now responsible for overseeing all logistics and organisation thought-out the company.
Outside of work Kieran enjoys playing football and socializing (too much sometimes).
